"Part of living a harmonious life is remembering who we are without all the labels, positions, stories and roles.  In order to discover this we must turn inward in a very conscious way, with the intention to awaken, discover and embrace that which is non changing about our being."

Let’s Build our Capacity

"As life lives through us, the physical realities come and go: jobs, people, feelings, belongings and memories.  The present moment and all it has to offer is the only experience we can really have, and it only lasts for that moment and then another washes up and asks you to be in that moment....and it keeps happening over and over again. Let us build our capacity to be fully alive and awake to these moments." -Amanda Easton

Mission Statement

The Tiny Star Project was born out of a desire to acknowledge both the natural world and the unseen realm of our lives.  With this acknowledgment we can then integrate our inner conscious awareness with our outer landscape. Parenting is both practical and mundane.  We support you with both by helping you uncover your innate capacities that often get taught out of us and covered by lists of "to do's".

The mission of the Tiny Star Project is to support parents in having the experience of authenticity, sustainability, understanding, curiosity and transformation in order to attune to the children in front of them. This creates a life of alignment, vitality and delight.

We provide opportunities for parents to address and grow their capacities for an inspired, harmonious life. Through individual sessions, workshops, circles, retreats and online groups we help you understand yourselves and the children. We help you with both the inner discipline and the practical strategies that are necessary to create this. The tiny star is the space inside where the light resides and comes alive in each and every one of us. When it comes alive in us, we invite our children into that light: the magical mundane.

No one teaches us the “how” of parenting. No one helps us align our values with our parenting plan.

My passion is to guide parents toward having a harmonious experience with their task as childminders. I believe bridging the gap between our practical knowledge and our innate sense about our children with tools and practices that support the integration of these aspects is the key to meaningful, nourishing parenting. This is BY FAR the most challenging and rewarding roles in life.

As a single mother of 6 I can relate to the complexities of life and I have come to value the mundane as well as the revolutionary.  After teaching in classrooms, mentorship programs, being a part of CASA and seeing children in many different environments, it has become clear to me that parents and their well being is a major indicator of how well children will do in life and development.

I currently hold a Colorado Teaching License for Elementary Education with endorsements in Linguistically Diverse Education as well as Special Education and Early Childhood, a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and a Waldorf Teaching Certificate. In 2022 I became a Jai Parenting Coach. As a constant learner I am also enrolled in a Yoga 200 HR RYT Training. I have additional training with ACEP, Five Elements, Energy Medicine, Meditation and Breathwork.
